REZTORAN ELEKTRONİK TİCARİ İLETİ ONAY FORMU

Reztoran Elektronik İletişim Yazılım Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Reztoran”) tarafından; kampanya, indirim, fırsat, sadakat avantajı, yeni restoran, ürün ve hizmet duyurusu, tanıtım, reklam, teklif, promosyon, etkinlik, lansman, anket, çekiliş, yarışma, kutlama, e-bülten ve benzeri pazarlama faaliyetleri hakkında, üyelik sırasında bildirdiğim veya daha sonra güncellediğim iletişim adreslerime aşağıda işaretlediğim kanallardan ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesine, 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında onay veriyorum.

Onayın kapsamı: Bu onay yalnızca pazarlama amaçlı ticari elektronik iletilere ilişkindir. Üyelik sözleşmesinin, KVKK aydınlatmasının veya Kişiselleştirilmiş Pazarlama ve Profilleme Açık Rıza Beyanı’nın kabulü anlamına gelmez. Onay vermemem; üyelik, rezervasyon, sipariş, ödeme, sadakat hesabı veya Reztoran’ın temel hizmetlerinden yararlanmamı engellemez.

Hizmet bildirimleri: Rezervasyon ve sipariş onayı, değişiklik veya iptal, ödeme ve iade bilgisi, güvenlik, hesap doğrulama ve hizmetin yürütülmesi için gerekli benzeri operasyonel bildirimler bu onayın kapsamında değildir ve ilgili hukuki sebebe dayanılarak gönderilebilir.

Kişisel verilerin işlenmesi: Kimlik, iletişim, iletişim tercihi, onay ve ret kayıtları, müşteri işlem, pazarlama, işlem güvenliği ve sınırlı teknik kayıtlarım; onayımın yönetilmesi ve ispatı, iletilerin gönderilmesi, tercihlerin uygulanması, İleti Yönetim Sistemi (“İYS”) kayıtlarının yürütülmesi ve mevzuata uyum amaçlarıyla, Reztoran Üyelik ve Platform Kullanıcıları Aydınlatma Metni’nde açıklanan hukuki sebepler çerçevesinde işlenebilir. Bu veriler gerekli olduğu ölçüde iletişim, SMS, e-posta, mobil bildirim, CRM ve kampanya hizmeti sağlayıcıları, İYS ve yetkili kamu kurumlarıyla paylaşılabilir. Yurt dışına düzenli aktarım bulunması hâlinde KVKK’nın 9 uncu maddesindeki uygun aktarım mekanizması kullanılır; bu onay, genel bir yurt dışı aktarım rızası değildir.

Ret ve tercih değişikliği: Onayımı; Reztoran uygulama ve hesap ayarlarından, iletide sunulan ret/abonelikten çıkma imkânından, iletinin gönderildiği aynı kanaldan, info@reztoran.com adresine başvurarak veya İYS üzerinden herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeden ve ücretsiz olarak her zaman geri alabilirim. Bir iletişim kanalına ilişkin ret, kural olarak o kanal bakımından geçerlidir; farklı kanallara ilişkin tercihlerimi ayrı ayrı değiştirebilirim. Ret bildiriminin Reztoran’a ulaşmasını izleyen yasal süre içinde ilgili pazarlama iletileri durdurulur.

REZTORAN COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION CONSENT FORM

I hereby consent, under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the applicable legislation, to Reztoran Elektronik İletişim Yazılım Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Reztoran") sending commercial electronic communications to the contact details that I provided during membership registration or subsequently updated, through the channels I select below, regarding campaigns, discounts, opportunities, loyalty benefits, new restaurants, product and service announcements, promotions, advertisements, offers, promotional activities, events, launches, surveys, prize draws, competitions, celebrations, newsletters and similar marketing activities.

Scope of consent: This consent relates solely to commercial electronic communications sent for marketing purposes. It does not constitute acceptance of the Membership Agreement, the KVKK Privacy Notice or the Explicit Consent Declaration for Personalized Marketing and Profiling. Refusing to provide this consent shall not prevent me from becoming a member or using reservations, orders, payments, my loyalty account or Reztoran's core services.

Service notifications: Operational notifications required for the performance of the service, including reservation and order confirmations, changes or cancellations, payment and refund information, security notices and account verification messages, are outside the scope of this consent and may be sent on the basis of the applicable legal ground.

Processing of personal data: My identity, contact, communication preference, consent and refusal records, customer transaction, marketing, transaction security and limited technical data may be processed for the purposes of managing and evidencing my consent, sending communications, applying my preferences, maintaining records in the Commercial Electronic Message Management System ("İYS") and complying with applicable legislation, on the legal grounds explained in the Reztoran Privacy Notice for Members and Platform Users. To the extent necessary, such data may be shared with communication, SMS, email, mobile notification, CRM and campaign service providers, İYS and authorized public authorities. Where regular transfers abroad take place, an appropriate transfer mechanism under Article 9 of the KVKK shall be used; this consent is not a general consent to international data transfers.

Withdrawal and change of preferences: I may withdraw my consent at any time, without providing a reason and free of charge, through the Reztoran application and account settings, the refusal or unsubscribe option included in the communication, the same channel through which the communication was sent, by contacting info@reztoran.com, or through İYS. A refusal relating to one communication channel shall, as a rule, apply only to that channel; I may change my preferences separately for different channels. The relevant marketing communications shall be stopped within the statutory period following receipt of my refusal by Reztoran.
